I wish I could go. There is no doubt it will be recorded for a CD and DVD release, but watching or listening to it can never come close to capturing the effect of being there.
Hopefully they will get along and do a few shows in the states.

I bought my first Led Zepplin album in 1969. I saw them in concert in the 70's. It was awesome.

I really wish John Paul Jones would have recorded on his own. His keyboard and bass playing was awesome. Very few bass players could keep up with Jimmy Page.

Actually, you might be pleased to check out his web site. JPJ was a professional studio musician before he joined up with his fellow professional studio player, Jimmy Page, to form Zepplin. Both he and Page had an extensive studio career before forming Zepplin. And after JPJ left Zepplin he continued to produce both solo albums of his own music and he produced many other artists music as well. He is still very active in the music scene and has a wide range of musical interests, as does Robert Plant.
