that's kind of how i see it, Nine. not unlike the Biblical passage where Yeshua tells his followers "be holy, even as your Father in heaven is holy". when we love and draw closer to God, i would hope that nearness will effect us for the better.

Hopefully, that's exactly what does happen, Gracie.Although(at least according to my faith)the Essence of God is ultimately unknowable, the ultimate message sent(via the religions,philosophies,etc.,etc.),at least, should aid and accelerate our spiritual evolution.
