Wow, that sounds cool. I'm sure that colleges will contact him if he attracts their attention through his SAT (or other test) scores, and I'll bet that some colleges even recruit students from his dipolma program.
Another route would be going to a Christian college/university where he can major in religion. That's what I did. It wasn't very expensive - about $10k a year, and it had a great scholarship program (it's gone now...) when I was there. A master of divinity is just a bachelors' degree - usually about 96-136 hours of fluff. If he gets a BA in religion from a Christian college, he'll receive the same preparation for ministry and can double-major in something like business, where he can get a real job if needed.
