Remember, in a free market you are rewarded based on how hard you work, how well you work, and how inventive you are. Those people are going to be better off than those who don't exhibit any of those traits. That doesn't mean we should steal money from the well-off and give it to the poor.

I'm always amazed at how angry people get about business and politics. Government went after business with all kinds of taxes and regulation. Business went after government by buying politicians. If you take government out of the economy, there would be no reason for businesses to buy politicians. The State destroys capital. Plain and simple. bah. Seperation of Chruch and State... Good idea. Seperation of Economy and State, also a good idea.

I think there is some way to have the machine print off receipts of your vote, and then once the votes are counted, the receipts will be verified. I'm not sure how this is going to work, but I will definitely have my vote printed off regardless of how I vote. Speaking of how I vote. I have no idea who the hell I am going to vote for in the gubernatorial race. Perdue does not impress me at all, but Taylor is all about "getting tough on crime," and make no mistake: you will NOT get my vote by running on a "get tough on crime campaign." That leaves me with the libertarian candidate, who believes that eminent domain should be abolished (yes you read that right), and pretty much nothing. Now although I've felt *some* libertarian tendencies as of late, I am no libertarian by any stretch of the imagination. But I have thought about voting for him solely on the principal of supporting a third party. Thoughts, anyone? Fellow Georgians?
