Take a famous website or computer industry: myspace, apple, microsoft, dell, facebook, google, yahoo. Apply history. These websites were all created by a small group of people with a collective interest. They assigned themselves particular tasks they each excelled in, and worked together, deciding their own wages, until the website took off. Only when the business expanded beyond this group and into the "real world" did the capitalist system influence the business.
The internet has been called a "socialist medium" because of the piracy and flow of information. I believe this can be applied in more ways than one.
