Are you saying then that the Liberal Christians are those who don't necessarily go to an organized church but who still believe in God and Christ and read the bible?

Quote:
A liberal Christian is someone who is a Christian and a Liberal, or in some cases it is used to describe a Christian who does not interpret the Bible the way a conservative Christian would. Often times Liberal Christians will not take the Bible literally, and accept homosexuality, abortion, etc. Conservative Christians would take the Bible literally, be opposed to abortion, homosexuality, etc. God bless. |

Liberal Christians are a very diverse group. There are usually one or more things about mainstream Christianity, fundamentalism, literalism, and evangelicalism that they take issue with, especially on core Christian doctrines, social issues, authority, and biblical interpretation.
