I know we've discussed this before, but I wanted to revisit it. What form of yoga to you practice? How do you find it beneficial?

Although I am of Indian descent, I don't really know Hindi but the older folks do.

I've never moderated any forums before so this is my first time as a Moderator. I accepted the position because RF is such a unique forum and I love it so much that I see this as a way of giving back something in return.

So...what have you always wanted to know about Hema but were afraid to ask?

Ashtanga yoga. My teacher told us that a woman in one of his other classes did the spinal twist (to speed up metabolism) for one week and she lost six pounds in that week, without changing her diet.

I'm trying to do it regularly and I think I might have lost a pound or two. Then my husband tempted me to eat pizza this evening and then said, "No one can blame me for making you eat pizza; I didn't force you." He was just ordering for himself but how could I resist?
