I agree, the bottle doesnt do it justice.
Personally I prefer long term investing, but we do help people looking to flip properties.

Actually, no. I think over the last 3 years the metro area has seen appreciation around 3% per year.

Denver normally trails the West coast, so as California begins cooling off, and Arizona's market corrects, I full expect Denver's market to see healthy gains over the next couple years. Not going through crazy appreciation over the last 4-5 years has also probably left Denver immune from the proverbial housing bubble.
