On that site, there is a quote, "there are no kabbalists outside Israel" so tell me why the rest of us, outside Israel should bother learning about Kabbalah?

Oh, and I like the music, it's nice.

Hi Maize,

Let me explain: There is a difference between somebody who studies Kabbalah and an actual Kabbalist. A Kabbalist is a person who has crossed what we call the Machsom - this is hebrew for barrier. The barrier being that which seperates us from the spiritual world. So a Kabbalist is a person who essentially lives in the Spiritual world whilst at the same time lives in this world. His job is then to teach others how to attain the same thing. People like me who study Kabbalah are people who are aspiring for the same thing to get to where the Kabbalist is. When you cross this barrier - this is the first time of actually feeling The Creator (Well actually you are feeling his essence rather than him.)What we have in our state is what we call blind faith I.E. We believe there is a God but we can't see him or feel him and we essentially only guess that he is there.

Once you cross the barrier you will actually be able to feel him and this is what we describe as faith. Why ? Well if you carry a gun with you, you will have faith that it is by your side right ? If you can feel The Creator - and I mean really feel him like you can feel the prescence of a friend or relation - then you will have faith in his existence ?

Now as far as I am aware Rabbi Michael Laitman is the only person who is teaching this and he lives in Israel. If there are others that have crossed the barrier then it does beg the question of where they are ? and why aren't they broadcasting this to the nations as it is instructed we do ? The good news Rabbi Laitman broadcasts lessons over the net and these are free. (It is advisable however that a person familiarises themself with the beginners material first.)

Have a look at this link: It may answer your question as to why people should study Kabbalah.

Thanks for the explanation, that makes sense, kinda... :?

Thank you for the link also.

Let me ask you, does Kabbalah believe or teach that everyone should learn it, or do they acknowledge that it's just not for some people?

Also, do you have to believe in the Judaic faith to follow Kabbalah?

Why do you think it's been such a "celebrity" religion, or is the media just making too much of a few celebrities who follow it?

Thanks

Truth you are here on an agenda..to spread your truth..to force your beliefs down anothers throats..yes?

Please tell me that I am wrong and I will humbly apologise...but all your posts have exhibited ONE thing..the idea that we should listen to YOU...and ONLY YOU because we are ALL WRONG....

Please forgive me if I have miscontrude your posts....they have just led me to this conclusion.....

I'l say hello to pluto and minnie for you btw...

I guess it IS religion...such forcing of beleifs were inevitable eventually...Just never thought it'd be a kabblaist...as its kinda AGAINST everything kabbalah is about..lol  cest la vie
