I have heard it said by some that religious Jews do not believe in an Afterlife, and I have heard from some that you do.
I have also heard it said that Some sects believe in reincarnation. Im simply curious, can someone clear this up for a confused Gentile :P

there is a belief in an afterlife in Judaism, tho judaism doesn't make it the main focus of its faith.
as to reincarnation, there are those who believe in it as a part of Tikkun Olam, fixing the world, that we are reincarnated so that we can accomplish what we were meant to accomplish. since there is not much on the afterlife there is alot of room for different views, i think.
