Closest Thing to Converting? (ritual, Torah, spiritual, Israel, baptize)

Shalom my brethren and sistren(?) ! I have wondered about this for so long. I've been born, baptized and raised Catholic but I've had a strong interest,passion and connection with Judaism for about..7 years now perhaps a bit longer and I feel that part of my spirit is Jewish and part of my spirit is still Catholic. I know its a very hard,long,complicated process to convert to Judaism and often its discouraged and to tell you the truth I don't want to give up the religion already given to me. But I still wish to connect with my Jewish spirituality. So how can I do this? What would be the closest thing to converting without actually converting?

to live by the Seven Mitzvot of Noah, learn some Torah and get a different perspective on holy scripture outside of Catholicism, show your support of Israel and the Jewish people (trust me we can use all the friends we can get)

these are few thing which will give you a taste of Torah without having to convert, which as i'm sure you know is not required in Judaism, you can be a non-jew and still be a good and righteous person

if you are able to find a good knowledgeable rabbi to learn with, there are may be open lessons being taught by rabbis at synagogues in your community.
