the only difference between a jew and a non jew is that jews have 613 Commandments to follow and non-jews have 7

yes a gentile can become a jew but it requires a great deal of time, study and dedication in order to convert...to become a jew is not a decision taken lightly and a non-jew who is not 200% prepared to take on the Shomar mitzvot lifestyle would be better off, especially in the eyes of G-d, to stay a non-jew.

What about their situation in heaven?

Will they get to heaven even if they are the gentiles?

Also, if they could get to heaven, will their status or level in heaven be similar to that of a jew?

a non-jew is no better or worse in terms of their place in the Olam HaBa, we all make our own place there and each is different from the other person. So we can't really compare each other's portion in the World to Come.

the only people who don't make it into the World to Come are the truely wicked...such as your Hitlers, Stalins, etc.
