had an excellent time in Tel Aviv Erev Purim and then last night in Jerusalem for Shushan purim!!

in israel? vodka...lots and lots of vodka...damn russians...7 different kinds of vodka at the Alef and i can't find 1 bottle of Rum

but luckily the kibbutzniks and the guys at the refet busted out the good stuff and we were taking shots at lunch hoot!

i must say, purim in Israel is an amazing experience...in the States it's a kid's holiday, for them to dress up in shul in funny costumes but that's about it. In israel, this is our version of Carnival or Mardi Gras...when i get the chance i'll post some pictures from our adventures in Tel Aviv
