Why Muslims Believe that Islam is the truth? (Torah, prophet)

Many Christians & Jews don't know that Muslims believe in their prophets and holy books. Muslims believe that the Bible and the Torah were changed by people for their personal benefits. This is why God sent Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, not with a new religion, but to correct the people who had gone astray, those who were worshipping idols and being misguided by their forefathers.

Islam is the last message to the world and God wants the miracle of Islam to be witnessed by the people from Prophet Muhammad's, peace be upon him, time till the day of Judgment. The miracle is the Qu'ran, Muslims holy book.

muslims do believe that muhhamade(saw) didn't come to teach a new religion except of those before him (islam). we believe islam is the only true religion because the quraa'an says it and also it's the only non man made religion.

but some people say that islam's been changed too? I thought it was the only unchanged religion but someone whom I spoke to said that the book's been changed or rewritten or something? So what's the best way of knowing that it's the true book?

how is it the only non man made religion?

christianity is a man made religion made by paul, budhism is made by buddha . hinduism by the hindus etc. islam is the religion of god

well christinanity was made by God too. it was just changed by man.

i'm not saying the quran was changed. the guy i spoke to said he studied it and said most muslims don't knwo about that. maybe he's wrong or some version of the religion was changed.
