A muslim mechanic was one of the very first person to witness this, he had an amputation of the arm scheduled the next day, but upon seeing the virgin mary, his arm was healed.
The President of Egypt at the time who was a marxist believed. I don't believe that muslims, christians and those of other beliefs that were present would all agree upon seeing the virgin mary if it were not true.
