I found this on another forum I frequent, and I feel this really needs to go here.

Many members of the Islamic world are demanding an apology from Tancredo, who stands by his statement, claiming it was "taken out of context."
What do you think? Does Tancredo owe an apology given the implications of his statementprofound religious importance of sites such as Mecca and the implications of his statement? Or was he justified? And, would such action taken by the US be appropriate or effective should terrorists bomb major American cities?

Now this just angered me. I consider myself rather moderate, but if this were to happen, I would be among the first to fight back. If there were more people like this monster we would have a third world war in an instant. What are your thoughts on this?
Moderators, if this would fit better in a different subforum, could you please move it to an appropriate area?
