Mayan Calandar--video lecture series (Earth, creation, mission, God, heaven)

According to author (of “Solving the Greatest Mystery of Our time: The Mayan Calendar”) and scientist named Carl Johann Calleman, PhD. (in Molecular Biology), the Galactic cycle of the Mayan pyramidal calendar cycle started on January 5, 1999. According to the book, the author states that the Earth transited from the Planetary cycle, where cycle “days” were approximately 20 years in duration, to the Galactic cycle, where cycle “7 days and 6 nights (of the creation cycle)”—within each level of the seven-step pyramid—lasts a mere 360 (commonly understood—solar/Earth) days each.

Important dates in the Galactic cycle:
“3rd night” = December 9, 2003 to December 3, 2004
“4th day” = December 3, 2004 to November 28, 2005
“5th day” = November 23, 2006
“5th night” = November 18, 2007
“6th day” = November 12, 2008

According to the author’s interpretation of the Mayan pyramidal cycles, the Universal cycle begins on February 10, 2011. At that time, as the author states, the (solar/Earth) days needed to complete a full cycle will go from 360 to only 20 (solar/Earth) days. Therefore, the total number of “7 days and 6 nights (of the creation cycle)”—within each level of the seven-step pyramid—will be completed by October 28, 2011. The expected consciousness level, at that time, is equated with what some would term an “Event Horizon.”

I, Melissa, have personally NOT read the book. I discovered this information from a three-part video series available at Google videos.

After watching all three of the videos (each being 1 ½ hours to 2 hours long), I have to say that I was very interested in the first video, the second video was slow but informative in the second half, but the third video proved itself to be incorrect. The video lectures were recorded years ago. And the lecturer Ian Xel Lungold gives many date-specific predictions, of which failed to be correct with our current timeline/reality. Lungold is searchable on the internet. As I discovered, when looking for his website or any information that I could on his background, the lecturer has quite a long history of personal problems and appears somewhat unstable. The video series (links available above) hinges mainly on the book “Solving the Greatest Mystery of Our time: The Mayan Calendar” by Carl Johann Calleman, which Lungold refers to many times.

Amazon.com’s reviews of that particular book range from enthusiastic readers to the very disappointed.

For what it’s worth though, the interpretations of the pyramidal structure in conjunction with the Mayan calendar and its’ association with consciousness and personal life missions is very interesting and possibly worth the time to watch, at least, the first video and maybe the second.

Sigh there is so much bunk out there on the calender that its silly.
The world isn't going to end.
Eaven the Mayans didn't(still don't) think that, its just a part of a larger cycle.

The sun will return to the center point of the Mayan heavens and be in the cender of the celestial "medicine wheel". It will then take that much time to once again reach the exact center again.
