There is a story that Hanuman dada once wrote his version of the ramayan. When valmaki rushi compared the two, he began to cry. Hanuman dada asked him why, he said, your ramayan is so beautiful and perfect that everyone will remember it. But mine is nothing compared to yours. Hanuman dad from the day destroyed his version and threw it into the sea. He cursed any soul who finds it... Something like that.
