It's about not being attached to the fruits of your labor. i.e. if you do a good deed don't take pleasure in it. You would be unperturbed by either success or failure. You are not attached to anything and are non-egotistical. You take pleasure in spiritual practice and are nonjudgmental in increasing your self-knowledge.
