How do you deal with stress?
I'm just interested in the various ways people deal with stress. As for me, writing and playing my trumpet help me cope. Larry King Live also helps (for some strange reason).
I'm taking up meditation as well.

Video games and meditation. I know weird combo, but it works.
Funny story: Yesterday I was playing our brand new XBOX 360 (yay!). I was playing Call of Duty 2 (for those of you not familar, you basically are fighting the germans and shooting nazis). Anywho, I don't usually swear around my husband, and I try my best to have good language around him. I was playing and all of a sudden I got shot, I yelled not madly, but sort of ****** in a funny way: "Who the hell shot me?" My husband sort of looked at me with his mouth wide open. I started to giggle and apologized and then he cracked up. Well..it wasn't that funny, but I guess you had to be there.

I do a million different things........ read, write, sports, video games, friends, a walk, venting to someone, meditate, take a drive outside of the city, play with my cats, etc....... Usually it is playing with the cats though!
