Agree the opposite of ANGER would be CALM. like LOVE & HATE.
The basic message that was trying to convey was that the mind exists ONLY in DUALITIES.
[kindly note, even if most do not know or understand that, it does not matter]
To be aware / concious of the MIND is the primary goal of all seekers.
