Maybe these verses will help. First just to go over what was previously said the evil spirits cast out by Paul were demons. But Paul gives another source for his sin:

Romans 7:17-18 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but [how] to perform that which is good I find not.

So Paul "in the flesh" is still a sinner although the Holy Spirit is without sin. It's obvious that he is talking here about the internal war of the the flesh and the Spirit.

The Bible, whether you accept it or reject it doesn't ever teach that Christians are sinless. Arguing that St. Paul sinned isn't even an argument against Christianity because no one said he didn't. I does warn about using Bible verses for a wrong purpose though-
