I dont want to debate this, the mere thought of it makes me sick, I hope it was a complete myth, but i don't think it was, and wikipaedia is at the mercy of all kinds of people....

Sure.

It has worked with some success in Bosnia (early 1990s) and possibly Iraq (in 1991-2).

The African genocides, on the other hand, have proven a bit more challenging.

he revealed nothing new! we have been at it for centuries it just so happend he lived in an industrial age so could do on an industrial scale he wasnt the last either.
