You are extremely wise then.

Special cases which should not be dismissed simply because you wish to present an over generalized black and white point of view.

Yes Nazi Germany shows us how far humanity can sink, but it was not the first nor the last such example. It is a lesson we must learn, but in dismissing these “special cases” you are choosing to learn only half the lesson.

Mankind is responsible as a whole for all suffering, just as Germany was for Hitler.

I find mankind guilty on all charges.
"Bars of soap" is largely legend, and what littlewas made was made at a prison camp which did not house Jews or Gypsies, but Poles.I believe your're right in principal about guilt for such crime being human guilt.

However, I would mention Attilla, Tamurlaine, Genghis Khan, Philip II & Innocent III.. . . . . . . .

It wasn't the whole nation for sure, but there were no antibiotics other than sulfa powder before the end of World War Two. Other drugs were smuggled in, though.

I hardly dismiss them, but the fact remains...Hitler was given power and allowed to do what he wanted.

That is not a generalisation!

That is what happened!

I personally know through analyses documentation that some soap was made from human fat..no one can say exactly what happened, as those that knew are dead, mainly.
But the fact remains, gypsy or pole...

Those other guys are older lessons, unlearnt, hence Hitler.

Well he told us he smuggled in antibiotics, must have been sulfa powder then, he was not specific about the actual chemical.
