No. The burden of the holocaust lies with everyone. Hitler was only "bad" however, if we take what he did to mean nothing, that we continue to make mistakes in the same fashion he did. The good of Hitler was that he gave us all an opportunity to decide and show who we really are, and that we are able to change our own futures. Do not forget that. EDIT: woops.
