To me it's a story to illustrate the Christian Karmic principle, "Judge not, lest ye be judged." I find this to be very much psychologically true. Self-acceptance and psychological wholeness go hand-in-hand with acceptance, forgiveness and grace in my relationships with others.

The parable is about returning grace for grace. We have received the greatest grace from God, yet many seem reluctant to extend even smaller grace to others. it sort of makes God's grace to us null and void.
