Not in the UK. The word cenotaph is is only used for the memorial in London housing the remains of the 'unknown soldier', as memorial to all who have died in war.

If they were legally married he would, but that is a whole other argument. As long as they are not able to be legally married then his blood relation could come in and do anything, despite what John might say.

I want to be cremated. I was thinking of a funeral that they would have in the Phillippines, but that's too much. They would have an open casket viewing with gambling and lots of eating. I don't like gambling so that won't due. Cremation is cheaper and cardero can carry me around or put my urn next to our sons.
I am going to have cardero stuffed and put in a glass container and placed in the living as a coffee table. Not that I will be placing coffee on him or anything. |

I've been mulling over the idea of building a coffee table for the family room with an N-gauge model railroad running through it. It might be interesting (or horribly awful) to combine that idea with mrscardero's.

Personally, if everything else was equal, I'd prefer the cheapest, easiest option, which I suppose is cremation. Really, though, I think that funerals and burials are more for the living than the dead anyhow, so I'd be fine with just about anything the people I leave behind would want to do. |

As we don't have equal marriage rights, he's a legal stranger. I have papers drawn up, but it's always a crap shoot as to whether those instruments are honored or not.
