Far be it for me to be correcting a person a have tons of respect for... but I am weak... so what the hell... "infinite" is not a thing, it is an adjective that defines a quality. I believe you likely meant "the infinite" as that would define a "thing". No? A subtle, but important difference, imho.

The original question equated 'infinite' with 'infinity', a thing. I still don't get the question. I guess I'm just daffy

God is not confined.

I think you are confused on this becasue a thing does not need an interprettion, it needs a description. The best descriptions are the self descriptions of which there are many.

Any entity can be named. Infinity does not preclude a naming.

This takes a parable. Say a man owns 100,000 acres. Obviously he can't be on each acre all at once.

God is not reduced to a belief or faith, He is the beginning and end of belief and faith.

Greetings. The Infinite cannot be 'owned' by any particular group. God is for all and will be found through many with increasing numbers and in different ways.
