I doubt it is available in the USA... you always do your own testing on foreign advances.
Your drug companies do not want any competition.

It has been very thoroughly tested here and in Europe and it has a very high protection rate.
I can not see any reason to not use it. Cervical cancer is all but eliminated by it.
And the virus can come from a single and lifelong partner who was borne with it.
90% of the population carry it.

The HPV vaccine has been available here for a while, if that is what is being discussed. There was, moderately recently, an issue in one of the states, Texas I think, about the vaccine being mandatory for school enrollment.

I somehow doubt they MADE him do it when he "stepped down",

Blair is NOT the PM he lost that title when Gordon Brown took over! Who said he never had his children vaccinated? I bet he did!
