I actually it has shown how broad an opinion people can have on something when given the same evidence. I think it is an interesting question as long as it doesn't descend into a hate-fest.

In that case I vote for Planet X.

If "God" condemns anyone to Hell, then "God" itself should be condemned. Love others as yourself and all that . . .

If you mean the biblical god, then I pick choice two: No. God is no saint, but eternal Hell is overkill.
As others have said, no one deserves eternal torture. That is simply not a just concept. James |

What crimes and what hell? If you are referencing the Old Testament God and staying within that frame than what hell is there? What heaven is there for that matter?

If a god exists and he resembles the character depicted in the christian holy book, we're all at the mercy of a psychopath. One who should be involuntarily committed for life regardless of the fact that his will never end. That said, if he responded positively to professional treatment and medications, it wouldn't be out of the question that he would at some point be allowed out of his padded cell to wander the corridors and watch television with the other patients. Eternal torture is unwarranted, even for the most monsterous of individuals.

After three pages I'm still waiting to see what these so-called "crimes" are. Since no one has bothered to answer when this question was posed, I feel compelled to vote God is perfect.

In the OT God is a murderer and commits genocide. The OT God is a horrible evil thing.
