I suppose spiritually ill is a bad analogy because scripture says you are dead in tresspasses and sins. You had nightmares about it, what if these were from God to warn you to flee from the wrath to come, you cannot say that you have not been warned.

If God can treat a child like that God should spend sometime in the hell of his own making!

Spiritually ill?

That's perhaps one of the worst concepts born into the human conscious. Nothing like sitting in front of someone suffering so much and telling them they are spiritually ill. Calling a healthy person spiritually ill is nothing more than jealousy.

Though it is usually those "I'm spiritual not religious" fools who purport to believe in such nonsense.

I think mentally ill is an equally bad concept. As I said in a previous post being spiritually ill was a biblically incorrect thing to say spiritually dead is more correct.

You don't have to be spiritually dead not to believe in the things some fundamentalist Christians take as gospel!

No I don't, I will look at that thanks. There are not many english christians around now especially of the fundie variety. I hope to change that one day.
