There are some people that do not have a working nervous system (they cannot feel pain the way many of us do).

Does this mean, if they go to hell, they won't feel pain?

If it's true that the soul has no physical aspect, it wouldn't matter what their body can and cannot feel.

And if the pain is a spiritual sort, it still wouldn't matter.
