You can have both. Belief is the notion and in order to reason it to a concludable Truth or Untruth you must feed it with knowledge.

Without knowledge, how would you know what it is you experience?

experience is the physical action, that action made is stored as a memory, which now becomes knowledge, when shared with others that dont have to go through that action it becomes Intelligence. Personal point of view

Can you experience emotions? feelings? thoughts?

of course, why does one take up a hobby, sport, art form, if it does not make them feel good? thoughtfully,emotionally and the feel good.

we do have the oposite when someone commits/experiences e.g murder then goes onto become a serial.

I believe those three that you have mentioned would be the Joy that is ment on the physical plane. When we experience death of a loved one it hurts, that first time we experience, we hate the thought of people going through it, when it happens on a large scale it pulls us together as no one likes the negative soul destroying emotion.
You could have a hockey, football, soccer, athletics, music gig, that pulls a large ammount of people together for a together, good time, emotional buzz, that will become a good memory, but when the Intelligence is shared of the event with someone who was not there, perhaps because of financial reasons, they might become a little hurt, so is there a time and a place to share Intelligence, or put it in another way?
