How can heaven be heaven? (Earth, Jehovah, Isaiah, blessing)

Surely it was he who created it and knew what I would do before I did it.....

I do not believe that family is represented in heaven as it is instituted in this physical existence. When you pass away, I think one easily understands that the family unit was sort of an illusion, a system created to care for your early physical BEing until you matured. In heaven one will discover that they have existed and participated in many lives, and recognize many familiar entities. Family institutions are not defined in the same groupings and clicks that you experience in a physical existence. There is a more deeper understanding that we belong to a much larger family or dynasty.

Here's a question:

Lets say Jack considers himself a christian and aside from his appetite for having sex with little boys, he lived his life in accordance with the the teachings of the bible. On his death bed behind prison walls, Jack prays to god to forgive him of his earthly sins and is subsequently allowed into heaven. Raping little boys is what made Jack happy on earth. Will he not be able to continue doing what makes him happy in heaven?

Absolutely not. In fact it will not even enter his mind. Evil is not allowed in Heaven.

If Jack prays to have his sins forgiven it indicates that he is not happy that he committed those sins.
