True. If only one version of an idea is the "right thinking," than any difference is a heresy. ALL (and I mean AAAAAALLLLLL) dogmas and doctrines are also heresies. They are simply heresies made good.

Words only create a social reality - a great wall between one's self and "God," "nature" the "garden" or a "heretic". It is a reality of convention. Faith is stepping beyond that convention. The "Faith," on the other hand, is just another brick in the wall.

Numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4:6 do not say that one day equals a year. It is giving them punishment based upon that exchange rate.

The only place I have seen where a different time for God is discussed is here:

2 Pet 3:8
8 ¶ But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Also, the reason 3 and one half = 1260 in Revelation 12:6 is because if the calendar has 360 days, 1260 is 3 and 1/2 years exactly and 2520 is 7 years exactly.

and they said: "Men of Gal´i·lee, why do YOU stand looking into the sky? This Jesus who was received up from YOU into the sky will come thus in the same manner as YOU have beheld him going into the sky."..................... its interesting that it was only his few faithful ones who saw the event , millions of others did not see it, and it is only his faithful class of people today who discerned christs presence (parousia)
