Human Ideas vs. God's Ideas (God, Christian, verse, Christ)

Does God know of an man-made idea before it is developed by man?

For example, did God know about the wheel before Humans?
...Automobiles?
...Computers?
...The Internet?
...etc.

well by reasoning, i suppose he must..... (from a christian perspective anyway)

.... but from my actual perspective, i have to wonder why God would care either way....

maybe god started the universe without really knowing what would happen..maybe he has the power to change things and create things, but that he cannot interfere with the realm of time..i dunno just my idea..?

If I were a Christian (I'm not)... but if I were I would say emphatically yes.... because the Christian model of God has him being omnipotent and omniscient.... meaning all-knowing and all-powerful.... he knows everything that has ever happened or will ever happen.... so a strict Christian would say that "man-made" is a misconception and that all those things are inspired by G-d and that's where the ideas come from....
Likely excuse to me .... I feel men have enough intuition and intelligence to be able to make logical conclusions and leaps of "intuition" if you will, to be able to come up with new connections and new ideas.
