Just banned from CCF (beliefs, bible, Christianity, Christian, verse)

I was just recently banned from CCF (Christian Chat Forum)...why? For my want to help people by giving them a human help out hand then giving them a bible verse and telling them to go find god. I would like to know if any other CCF members are out there and am willing to hear your opinions on the matter and if your not a CCF member I would still like to hear your opinions on the matter. Thank you.

Gabe welcome to Religious Forums, you should be receiving your complimentary salutation frubals shortly. I understand your plight because that is how I came across Religious Forums. I was ridiculed, censored and labeled a heretic on another forum site that did not allow anyone except the authors of the Bible to have their own relationship with GOD.

Well, I've never been a member of that forum, but my guess is that it may not have been what you told them (giving them a Bible verse and telling them to go find God) but rather how you told them. Who knows, you may have better luck here. This is a good group of people and most are pretty tolerant of perspectives other than their own. Just keep in mind that this is not strictly a Christian forum. We are open to all religions, so you will undoubtedly find that there are some who do not share your beliefs. My best advice to you would be to make sure you understand the difference between discussion and debate forums, and try to keep from proselytizing, since it is strictly forbidden here.

Yeh, I've had t he same treatment from many religious forums. This is the only one where I've been accepted.

Same here, I went on CCF to learn about christianity and was shortly banned Oh well it seems better here, frubals...

I might join it preach heretical doctrine, such as when Jesus told the Roman soldier that thier would be a place for him in his father's kingdom, even though the soldier was not Christian. Its in the Bible, but a very unorthodox view, but at least people would see it and have something to think about.

I was on a forum called Crosswalk. It didn't take long to get me banned, because I believe in universal salvation. I found those people to be argumentative, narrow-minded, and judgmental. I'm sorry that many evangelicals feel like they have to be that way. It sours Christianity for many, both inside and outside the faith. You are welcome here!!!
