Cool I new 9/11 to happen?
Is it just propaganda or is there truth in it. I was wondering:by saying things like this aren't they creating the necessary fear and hatred they wanted in the first place.
If there may be a another attack where could they strike ?

It's quiet a coincidence that this report comes out in such a time frame as matching that of the President's proposed budget to the Congress that also decides appropriation of funds for defense budgets, including CIA.

I suppose if the threat were real, terrorists would try to strike anywhere with high population density, barring universities and institutions of higher education. Their goal is to cause spectacle and outrage among the audience and use the victims to impose high cost to the actual actors -- political agents and general voters. The operative word here being "try". They're not likely to succeed.
