Very interesting indeed. I briefly skimmed through a few of the writings above and it echoes what I've been taught...that the human body is a miniature of the universe.

I agree. Even in the Vedas, there were indications of things like the distance between the earth and sun...something which modern scientists calculated many years later.
I am amazed to see pyramids on television. Even the construction of these great buildings would have required great minds to plan the process.

Silly me posted this response on the other thread that you just indicated and then had to go and delete it. The way my mind gets boggled.
Anyway... In Hinduism, numbers are also symbolic. Sacred numbers are, to name a few, 3, 7, 9 and 108. This is what I know thus far. I suppose in the case of 108, one can add 1+0+8 and get 9. At the end of most prayers, Om Shanti Shanti Shanti is said (3 times). Shanti means "peace". Some mantras can even be said 108 times. There is even a japa mala with 108 beads to keep count. I know the Christians use the rosary in a similar fashion. Not sure how many beads the rosary has though.

The reason that I have refferenced the Quran alot even though I am christian is because the quran has alot of maths involed as well as natural science... I think you will know more about Hinduism than me, may be you can help if you want to?? I sure hinduism has alot to offer this movment..
