LMAO, Teat? You might want to fix that!!! (*points to title of thread*)
Yes, I drink tea... both for enjoyment, and also for medicinal purposes. Well... actually, I tend to RECOMMEND and ADMINISTER tea for medicinal purposes, since I rarely get sick. *Licorice tea for allergies and sore throats *Thyme and sage tea for sore throats (sage also has mild antibacterial properties) *Peppermint tea for minor respiratory ailments (since it is a natural decongestant, though a weak one) *Willowbark tea (it is a natural anti-inflammatory and can help with pain and fever as well because it contains salicytate, an aspirin-like chemical) *Comfrey tea to help ease coughs (and the irritation caused by a cough) *Hops tea (mild hypnotic that induces sleep) *Wild lettuce, valerian, and skullcap are all sedatives that can help induce sleep. *Cramp bark with prickly ash or wild yam makes a good tea to help sooth menstral cramps *Lady’s mantle with black cohosh, mugwort, and dead nettle helps with with menstral cramps *Cloves and ginger both help with nausea I also know some herbs that can be used as laxatives, gastrointestinal irritants, styptics (stops bleeding), and purgatives, but if people are in need of the effects of THESE kinds of herbs, they would do better to go to a doctor. As for teas I personally drink for my own enjoyment, I like licorice tea, peppermint tea, earl gray tea, and lemon spice tea.

Quite a title. I wasn't sure if you keep a cow in your yard or what. I thought it might have been a new part of the Atkins diet. I very seldom drink and probably should. My daily drink is hot chocolate.

I drink a cup of green tea everynight before and while I meditate. It helps clear my throat and soothes my stomach and sinuses. This helps me breathe better whilst I meditate. Actually I'm getting ready to heat up a cup now.

I love Earl Grey and green tea, but really, I've never tired a tea I didn't like.

I love tea, although I've started drinking coffee first thing in the morning, and tea later in the day (some mornings I will skip the coffee and have tea instead). If I want a real kickstart, I'll have Irish Breakfast, English Breakfast, or something similar (strong, white and sweet). I like herbal teas too (black, with honey), but usually only drink them later in the day...chamomile is a favourite to unwind after work, and I love green tea too.
