I've really surprised myself, managing to remember Julia Roberts; I loved the film in which she was a high power exec and was left a baby in a will - I couldnt tell you the name of the film...

Jennifer Garner, cuz she's just soo hot.

Sigourney Weaver is good too, the Alien movies (except the third) were really good.

I think Robert Duvall is one of the all-time great character actors. He can play almost any role, and is totally believable in it. I would also put Robert DeNiro in this category.

The move "Being There" is possibly one of the funniest movies that Sellers ever did. It was extremely well written, the acting was top notch, and the ending was great. Loved it.

I don't believe Peter Sellers was in either the 1962 or 1998 version of Lolita. I could be wrong, though--especially about the 1998 version, which I haven't seen.

i remember watching the 1962 version of Lolita after reading the book and being shocked by the age of Lolita in the film. though i imagine the premise of a 30 something year old man lusting after and eventually sleeping with a twelve year old would go over less smoothly in public theaters.

Best I recall, the 1998 version of Lolita had Frank Langella, Jeremy Irons, & Dominique Swain and never made it to US theatres because of the subject. IIRC, it premiered on Showtime.

I'm not a real big movie buff, but I'd like to nominate Tom Hanks for his versatility across many types of roles.
