Suggestions? (America, myth)

Hi y'all. As most of y'all know, my husband and me are trying to have a baby. It's almost been six months and nothing. I shouldnt' try to rush myself, I know, but I was wondering if any of you could give me any suggestions?

Foods to eat, ways to exercise, etc. If you need to, go ahead and PM me. I would really like some help on trying to get pregnant.

Becky, 6 months ain't bad. when you go about 2 or 3 years, then maybe try things. Don't try, just enjoy. Let things happen when they happen.

I have a friend who did it three-five times a day to get pregnant fast.

It works. It really works, and there's no better time than Spring.

I've been trying that, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but we are trying!

One thing I didn't mention...you could start drinking raspberry leaf tea. I'm not going to say that it necessarily helps a woman to become pregnant but it's recommended for overall female reproductive health.

Even if you're irregular...charting is really awesome...and an even easier way is to take an ovulation predictor kit...it works like a pregnancy test...you get this nifty little blue line if you're nearing ovulation. I didn't think it would work for me...but I became pregnant with Ruthie...the first month that we tried.

I probably mentioned this...but afterwards...make sure you stay put...I won't go into detail but you probably remember me mentioning this...

Also...try not to think about it so much because stress on the body can cause changes with your cycles and can actually interfere with trying to become pregnant. I agree with AE...try to have sex often...but also relax...

This wouldn't necessarily help you to become pregnant but it's important to make sure you're taking a good multi-vitamin BEFORE becoming pregnant...especially one with folic acid and calcium...folic acid is very important for baby during the first trimester...and you'll need extra calcium throughout.

Also...don't forget to pray on it. Have faith on it. When you talk about becoming pregnant...make sure you state "when" you become pregnant...not "if".
