BTW, Soyleche, I noticed that some of mine didn't have AFN's either, they are one's that apparnetly haven't had any temple work done.

I really don't know how it works, but I don't think it is necessarily associated with temple work (I don't think that someone having an AFN necesarily means that their temple work has been done). I think the AFN is the LDS church's system of organizing family history though. To tell you the truth, this is about the extent of my knowledge of how to do Family History

I should ask my mum on that, she is getting her degree in family history and graduating this august or june or something like that.

I am really frustrated. I can't find an AFN for any of my relatives, and my mom has done tons of genealogy. What in the world could I be doing wrong?

I think it's the site, i know one person i put in usually has an AFN, but it didn't show up this time.
