Need advice for my dog...

Since yesterday my dog has kept raising his right paw, he doesn't seem to be in pain as he has run around over the park and I have checked him over.

I looked around the internet but couldn't find anything of any help, I would appreciate any advice that anyone else might have, as would the dog.

He learned how to shake? Seriously, he could just have a bruised pad on his paw. If he doesn't get better, you might want to consider a vet. If you press on it does he yip?

It can be many things.... But it is something... Dogs have a huge pain threshold.... so it hurts.
Damp his paw and look agan very closely, Look for redness or swelling between the pads, Looks for thorns or small cuts in the pads.
Looks for redness or swelling around the nails.
Feel to see if that foot is warmer than the others.

Check for lumps of mud between his pads they matt with the hair and need removing,
they can be very painful especially if the ground is hard or frosty.

If he is still lifting his foot in a couple of day, a vet is the only answer.

Even though he is running it does not mean all is OK.

are you sure he hasn't just develped a camp limp?

seriously though, is it swollen compared to the others? maybe a small splinter thats dug in under the skin perhaps

i dunno, but if it persists, a visit to the V.E.T is in order

I agree with the others. If it persists, take him to a vet, if you can. (The only reason I don't suggest doing so immeadiately is because they can be rather pricey. I'm currently trying to save up enough to take my ferret to the vet, so I wouldn't want you going in if it turns out to be something that will fix itself.)

If one supports things metaphysical, it could be a sign from Diety or a signal from your dog. If you'd like I can try to research it for you.

I agree with everyone here as well. Sound advice, especially Terry's.
As they all said, sometimes areas are very hard to see and even when you are looking right at a problem area, it may not look like much. Off to the Vet for Fido in a couple of days if he doesn't improve.

My bet would be he got something annoying stuck between his paw pads, but if he doesn't seem to be experiencing any more pain, he probably got it out on his own.
