Do any of you guys know of any fairly common vitamins that are vegetarian? Unfortunately a lot of them seem to have various ground animal parts in them.
Any with iron in them would especially help, since I was borderline anemic before going vegetarian and judging by how tired I've been excluding meat hasn't helped me a lot. I've been trying to eat more foods with iron in them--and did even before I went veggie--but it's never seemed to help. |

Have you tried GNC? They might have a line in there. There is a company out of California that makes some great all natural vitamins, but not sure about animal parts. I'll check into it.

An organic store or a health food store are likely sources. I wish I had specific names to tell you!
