The rules and policies of a college are surely a matter of public record. You should be able to find out what group was responsible for the current internet regulations and what the arguments were in support of -- and in opposition to -- the regulations.
A petition in opposition to censorship should be pretty easy to collect on any but a religious campus, I should think. |

Hehee, as fun as devious is, making it public is better. If they were blocking information sites to all groups based on sexual orientation, I'm sure it'll be easy to point out that they'll have to block all sites that have information for heterosexuals, too.

However, the internet blocks might not just be for your school. I know that my high school used the same internet blocks as the university. That could be why the adult sites are blocked.
That being said, I think that it's wrong that site is blocked. It could have been a mistake made by the people who do the blocking, so I would bring it up. And if they don't change it, then give them heck! |

Crud, I thought I'd replied to this!
![]() I'm going to try the site ChrisP suggested, and if that doesn't work I'll talk to the people in charge and see what they can do about it. Thanks for your advice, everyone! |
