Freud on Human Nature (experience, sex, faith)

First off, let me say that this is not aimed at anybody in particular, but I was interested as to whether anybody thought Freud had made an astute observation or not. I will qualify this by stating that his opinion was probably based on a small section of well heeled Vienese society.

" I have found little that is good about human beings on the whole. In my experience, most of them are Trash".

Or is it simply an indictement of the Upper Classes everywhere ?

A Fruedian slip is when you say one thing and mean your mother.

I think there is some merit to the statement. Everyone has a price, when you negotiate the price for the deed then you can see what Freud was talking about.
