That is really a shame. Hopefully over time he will set-aside his differences of opinions. He was really a great poster on these boards.

I miss him dearly. He's not only a good poster, but a great friend! I wish whatever happened hadn't happened. RF is a better place with him here!

I'm actually not surprised he left. Having one's beliefs repeatedly attacked and being told they are false gets old. I haven't been here very long and do a lot more reading than posting, but already I've found it's especially frustrating when the powers that be are the ones doing it by twisting the scriptures and saying words to the effect of "you are wrong." Then when the tables are turned and those of other beliefs (especially atheism or LDS it seems) are told they are wrong, the posts are deleted and the poster is admonished. Or banned.

Beg your pardon, it is the principle of moderation that it has to be fair, unbiassed, and equitable. As a Christian, I would never allow my own beliefs to prejudice my way of deciding who is at fault in a ding dong - and I know I can speak for all the fellow mods, who bend over backwards to be unbiassed.
