In my continuing quest to get my 'non=animated-animated icons' problem fixed, I'm now entering chat support for my computer system for the fourth time. The last three times, I was accidently (I'm gonna assume accidently) disconnected.

Please wish me luck for the fourth!

(Ooo... And does anyone know if support people can see your desktop when they do the 'take over your computer' thing? If so, the support guys may have been having a field day...)

I've never asked tech support for any help before, but I do know with when you take over someone's computer using a subseven virus you get a list of all the drives, folders, and files. Similiar to if you selected the list view for a folder.
If its something like that tech support people do, then just make sure your computer is clear of all illegal software, such as the control program for subseven. Its a virus, but as long as you put a password on the computer you infect, you can have alot of fun with it.
