Effects of positive thoughts (blessing)

what do you think of this?
do people underestimate the power of their minds and words? if we can affect water like this what does it do to life that is mostly water(people, animals, apples...)? is this why some say a blessing before meals?

John, for someone who, in another thread said that he needed proof before believing in God, why don't you question that site ?- I personally, having seen it, in tandem with my lack of trust in fellow humans, find the claims very suspicious.

i have seen other reports of this where they site scientific studies that have been done. and from what i have read of quantum physics, this is very believable.
